Senator Stuart moved to amend the amendment on page 2, section 2, line 22, by striking out the word “three” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “five”;

On pages 22 and 23, section 2, line 22, by striking out the words “not less than $1,000 nor more than $3,000” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “not less than $5,000 nor more than $10,000”;

And,

On page 2, section 2, line 35, by striking out the words “$1,000 nor more than $3,000” and inserting in lieu thereof the following words “$5,000 nor more than $10,000”.
